Welcome to Northern Soul.

Northern Soul Cafe is situated in the eclectic suburb of Thornbury, on the 86 tram route, close to Thornbury train station. You’ll find us at number 843, look out for the owl on the window.

Pop in for some breakfast, which is available all day, or enjoy a tasty lunchtime feed in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Everything is home made. All our food is available to take away, and we will shortly be opening for dinner, so watch this space for further info.

We serve great coffee and organic shade dried teas. Leaf herbal tea is blended by a local naturopath, Lea Morgan leafherbaltea@yahoo.com.au . Northern Soul is the first cafe in Melbourne to offer these fabulous teas.

We are fully licenced, offering a Victorian range of wines. Our beers include 3 Ravens, brewed here in Thornbury. We are also available for small private functions.
